
TORONTO, ON - One person was injured Saturday morning as a result of a single-vehicle crash involving two light posts in Toronto’s Little Tibet neighbourhood, reports
CP24.
The accident happened at the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and Jameson Avenue, just after 6:00 a.m.
Toronto Police Operations did not immediately indicate what led up to the collision but the victim was behind the wheel of a vehicle that struck the two posts, causing them to knock over and block three westbound lanes.
While officials confirmed the driver was transported to a local hospital, no information about the extent of the patient’s injuries has been made available.
Motorists were warned of delays impacting the area as crews worked to clear the accident.
