Nathaniel J. Hartney
Nathaniel is a seasoned trial lawyer with Preszler Injury Lawyers BC branch. He has a diverse litigation portfolio, from working major criminal cases to spending several years working for a well-respected ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia) insurance defence firm.
However, Nathaniel has found his true passion to be representing people, not corporations, he decided to join Preszler Injury Lawyers to pursue a plaintiff-only practice. In total, he has conducted over 125 trials as lead counsel, including jury and non-jury cases.
Nathaniel also won the 2014 Dugald Christie Award by Access Pro Bono BC which recognized his commitment to providing pro bono legal services to people in need of legal advice.
In his spare time, Nathaniel enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing hockey and spending quality time with his wife and children.
