David Preszler is the practice leader with Preszler Injury Lawyers. He focuses exclusively on complex personal injury litigation and has built a reputation for being a compassionate lawyer who puts his client’s best interests as his number one priority.
Since he was a teenager, David has worked closely with his father, Robert P. Preszler, founder of Preszler Injury Lawyers and was exposed to personal injury law even before he became a licensed lawyer. After being called to the bar, David amassed extensive trial experience and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal on some important cases in Ontario in the last decade.
In addition, David has represented numerous catastrophically injured clients at both the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario and at the License Appeals Tribunal of Ontario. David has numerous reported decisions relating to catastrophic impairment, among other things, and is considered a thought leader in the field of personal injury. David restricts his practice to only the most serious accident and disability claims.
In addition to fearlessly championing the rights of his clients, David also spends his time managing the Ontario firm while mentoring many lawyers not only in Ontario, but also British Columbia and Nova Scotia.
