David graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2017, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
David joined Preszler Injury Lawyers in 2016 when he began as a Summer Student. After law school he went on to complete his articles with Preszler, and finally joined the team as an Associate in 2018.
David has successfully argued Motions and other matters at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Ontario Youth Court. He has also actively assisted with the preparation for and execution of several trials.
David is passionate about advocating for those who may not otherwise have the means to do so. He believes in building strong client relationships and strives for practical resolutions to disputes arising from personal injury compensation. He has a wide array of experience in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, long term disability, and other areas of negligence.
